Jed is Vice President, Sales Effectiveness at National Oilwell Varco. He has coached executives, managers, teams and entrepreneurs to breakthrough performance for 25 years. A skillfull program deliverer and developer, Jed has created and led courses and workshops in personal effectiveness, communication, leadership, sales and coaching for over 100,000 people in the US, Canada, Europe, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, South America and Australia.

Prior to joining National Oilwell Varco, Jed's consulting and coaching career included work in mining, manufacturing, energy, insurance, computer, forest products and healthcare. He has successfully managed projects involving a wide range of large-scale change methodologies including Rapid Work Redesign, high-impact work teams, and breakthrough process reengineering. In addition to Coach Anyone About Anything, Jed is co-author of the bestselling book series Coaching Soup for the Cartoon Soul, and The Power of Coaching: The Secrets of Achievement.
