Insights, Influence and Negotiation is an interactive exploration of personal behavioral styles and their impact on your ability to influence and negotiate with others.

One of the primary tools for this exploration is the Insights Discovery profile, developed by Andrew Lothian of Dundee, Scotland, and based on the Swiss psychologist, Carl Jung’s work on personality and preferences.

The Insights Discovery profile offers a framework for self-understanding and understanding your clients’ personal behavioral styles. This workshop enables you to develop effective strategies for interaction and helps you to better meet the demands of your particular environment.

Prior to the workshop, each participant completes an Insights Discovery 25-question survey. Participants are provided with a personal Insights Discovery Profile report. The workshop is offered in both one-day and half-day formats.
